Learn the structure of SEA: tournament format, team roles, advancement rules, sponsor structure, the pro-status pathway, merch economics, and team identity.

Operate as a team leader and competitive player: formation, recruitment, practice scheduling, role discipline, communication, and tournament readiness.

Build a streaming presence: setup, camera and audio, OBS, platform selection, livestream structure, content calendars, short-form clips, and personal brand.
